This petition has been filed to call for records in FIR in Guduvancheri P.S.Crime No.1156 of 2017 pending investigation on the file of respondent police and quash the same.

2.This petition was listed for admission on 22.12.2017. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned on 05.01.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter even for admission. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past three years even for admission. It shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue the matter further. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to consider the petition.
