Saravana Kumaran v. State Rep By
Crl.OP.No.24512 of 2023 Crl.O.P.No.24512 of 2023 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN, J.
The petitioner/A6 who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.09.2023 registered by the respondent Police for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 302 and 448 of IPC, in Crime No.301 of 2023, seeks bail.
2.It is stated that the father of the deceased had originally committed a murder against a family member of the petitioner. As a revenge, the defacto complainant's son was murdered. 3.It is stated that A1 was arrested and on his confession, the other accused had been secured.
4.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner is residing in his Village and he has nothing to do with the offence. It is stated that merely because a phone call was made between A1 and the petitioner, the petitioner has been taken into custody. 5.But taking into consideration that this is a revenge murder and which sequence would only continue for ever, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 6.Hence, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 20.10.2023 vkr 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
