The petitioner herein seeks anticipatory bail in S.C.No.143 of 2021 on the file of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. Non-bailable warrant had been issued against the petitioner herein. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner had been hospitalized and still undertaking treatment.

3. The Court cannot grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. He must subject himself to the directions of the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur and has to surrender before the said Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
