This Second Appeal is filed under Section 58 of the Real Estate (Regulation and Development), Act 2016 read with Section 100 of Code of Civil Procedure against the order dated 26.09.2022 made in Appeal No. 9 of 2022 by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Appellate Tribunal, Chennai confirming the order passed in C.No.159 of 2021 by the Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority, Chennai and imposing of cost of Rs.50,000/-. 1/4

J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the appellant as well as the learned counsel for the respondent jointly made a submission that both the parties have arrived at a settlement in respect of the dispute between them. They have also filed a joint memo dated 24.01.2023 signed by both the parties, to that effect.

2.In view of the above, this appeal stands disposed of, in terms of the joint memo of compromise entered into between the parties on 24.01.2023. The said joint memo shall form part of this judgment. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
