This petition has been filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in Spl.C.C.No. 66 of 2024 pending on the file of the Special Court for EC/NDPS Act, Salem.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the respondent police seized 30 kgs of Ganja from the accused. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits based the petitioner has been implicated in this case. Further, he submits that for the past 8 months the petitioner is in custody. Hence, he prays to allow this petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submits that the petitioner is having four NDPS cases. Hence, he raised objection to grant bail.
