ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by C.V.Karthikeyan J.) This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the appeal against the order dated 25.04.2019 in M.C.O.P.No.345 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special Sub Judge, Tiruvannamalai.
2.Notice had been directed to the respondents 1 to 3. Notice had been served and the learned counsel had also entered appearance for R2 and R3. 3.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it had been stated that owing administrative reasons, the delay had occurred. 4.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. This petition stands allowed. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the usual cours. The Registry is also directed to print the name of M/s.K.Govi Ganesan, S.Sriram, J.T.Ajitha and M.Vishali as counsel for R2 and R3, when the appeal is posted for admission. (C.V.K.,J.)
