respondent/husband for divorce was allowed and hence, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has become infructuous.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 30.06.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the appellant. Hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today also, there is no representation for the appellant. Therefore, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
