(Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.) Seeking to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the appeal against the judgment dated 12.07.2023 in S.C. No.71 of 2019 passed by the Sessions Judge, Mahila Court/Additional Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Coimbatore, the present petition has been filed.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

3. Since the delay has been explained to the satisfaction of this Court, this Court is inclined to condone the delay. Accordingly, delay of 16 days in filing the appeal is condoned and this petition is allowed.
