This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner/accused in the event of arrest in P.R.C.No.10 of 2023 in Crime No.168 of 2022 pending on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurantakam.

2. It is stated that Non-Bailable Warrant had been issued against the petitioner herein by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurantakam. Therefore, anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner would not arise.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
