2. Paragraph No.8 of the order dated 21.08.2025 made in W.P.No.33197 of 2024 shall be substituted as follows :

8. Therefore, in the light of the above, the writ petition is allowed and suspension of the petitioner is revoked. The respondents are directed to reinstate the petitioner in a non-sensitive post as directed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of (2018) 17 SCC 677 [State Of Tamil Nadu vs Promod Kumar IPS and others] within a period of one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order. No costs.

3. Registry is directed to carry out the above said correction and issue fresh order copy to the parties.
