Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the second respondent to lift the bank attachment notice issued to in TIN 33293083174/2009-10/A/3, dated 15.10.2019 to recover the sales tax amounts from the bank accounts of the petitioner which is against the decision of the Madras High Court in W.P.No.17991 of 2017 dated 13.11.2017.
