This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that under the pretext of enquiry, the respondents police are unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that due to repeated dispute between the petitioner and one Thulasi Bai, proceeding under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., has been initiated against the petitioner in Crime No.204 of 2022 and the same is pending.

Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent police. 2/4

Since the proceeding under Section 145 of Cr.P.C., has been initiated against the petitioner in Crime No.204 of 2022, the relief sought by the petitioner cannot be granted.
