2. Heard the learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation in the case has been completed and that the final report has been filed before the 13th Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Egmore, Chennai-8 and the same is taken on file in C.C.No.6830 of 2022.
