2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3.Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is inclined to allow this miscellaneous petition.

4.Accordingly, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered and this Court fixes the date for final hearing of HCP.No.1402/2023 on 13.12.2023.

5.Registry is directed to post the above Habeas Corpus Petition on 13.12.2023 for final hearing.
