2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.11.2022, enquiry was conducted in C.No.120/1-ips/spcomp/slm/222 and the enquiry was closed as mistake of fact for the reason that on the basis of the complaint given by one Srinivasan, a case in Cr.No.377 of 2022 under Section 341, 447 I.P.C registered against the petitioner.
