This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur on every Monday at 10.30a.m., until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.8082 of in Crl.O.P.No.11027 of 2023.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kilvelur monthly twice, ie., on first Monday and third Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
