(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to the respondents to open Ration shop in Rayarpalayam village Orangor Cuddalore District based on the representation dated 5.10.19, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Placing reliance upon the affidavit filed by the District Supply and Consumer Protection Officer, Cuddalore, learned Special Government Pleader submitted that the proposed shops in the District of Cuddalore will be opened, particularly, after getting appropriate orders from the Government.
