The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representations dated 20.03.2019 and 02.08.2019 for seeking issuance of house site patta to the petitioner with respect of her house bearing Door No.32,33, Chidambaranathan Street, Anjaneya Nagar, Royapuram, Chennai - 600 013, within the time frame.

Heard Mr.P.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.P.Balathandayutham, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 3.
The petitioner submitted application for issuance of patta for the land comprised in survey No.11/1 situated at Chidambaranathan Street, Anjaneya Nagar, Royapuram, Chennai - 600 013, by the representation dated 20.03.2019 and 02.08.2019. On receipt of the same, the third respondent conducted enquiry and by an order dated 26.02.2020, rejected the claim of the petitioner for the reason that the subject property is classified as "Circar Poramboke" in the revenue records. Further, there is a ban for issuance of patta in the Chennai District. In view of the above, the Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order of rejection passed by the third respondent in the manner known to law.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
