O R D E R

The apprehension of the petitioner is that since he had to appear in some other connected case before the Police Station at Otteri, he was not in a position to appear during the stipulated time before the respondent police and therefore, he seeks for the present permission.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that they are willing to accept his appearance, by considering the earlier inconvenience the petitioner had, for not appearing in time.

In view of the submission, the petitioner is permitted to comply with the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.Nos.19977, 19978, 19979 and 19976 of 2019, respectively dated 27.09.2019 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai. The petitioner shall start to appear before the respondent police from 07.11.2019.

These Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of, accordingly.
