This petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to Crime No.397 of 2017 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Central Crime Branch, Team-I, Vepery, Chennai and quash the same as for as the petitioner is concern.

2.This petition was listed for admission on 02.01.2018. At request of the learned counsel for the petitioner, it was adjourned on 18.01.2018 again on 16.02.2018. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner did not take any step to list the matter even for admission. This matter is pending for two years even for admission.
