This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed in paragraph No.8 (b) of the order dated 31.08.2023 made in Crl.O.P.No.19618 of 2023 in Crime No.123 of 2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in every week i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
