Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents has produced a judgment in O.S.No.5295 of 2011 dated 26.03.2018, stating that the suit has been dismissed for default.

2. Considering the above fact, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present civil revision petition. Hence, the civil revision petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous by giving liberty to the petitioners to revive the said petition as and when the suit is restored to file. There shall be no order as to costs.
