The Official Liquidator v. Nil

Comp.A.No.373 of 2024 in CP.No.65 of 2002 ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.

This application has been filed by the Official Liquidator seeking to provide original documents for examination by the learned Master and thereafter to issue certified copies of those documents to the official liquidator.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application. Accordingly, the prayer sought for in Comp.A.No.373 of 2024 is allowed as prayed for.
