Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents, in particular 1st and 2nd respondent to appoint Special Officer to manage the affairs of the 4th respondent Association since the appointment of Special Officer for the 4th respondent Association made by the 1st respondent by G.O.(MS).No.39 dated 22.03.2018 has been lapsed on 22.03.2019.

ORDER

On the previous occasion i.e, on 28.10.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the vakalat has been withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner was directed to file a memo to that effect. However, no memo has been filed till date.

2. Again, when the case was taken up for hearing on 11.11.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, the case was directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 21.11.2022. Even today also, there is 2/4

no representation for the petitioner either in person or through his learned counsel.

3. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
