The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner that he shall report before the Special Court for Exclusive trial of cases under POCSO Act, Chennai, on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.21470 of 2024 by order dated 09.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioner had also complied with the condition without fail and also of the fact that the investigation has been completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
