(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) The Petitioner seeks a direction to the Respondent to consider his representation dated 20.09.2019. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the Respondent/Corporation submitted that, no Self-Employment Scheme for Differently-abled People is in existence. 3.

We are not inclined to go into such issue, as the prayer is only to consider the Petitioner's representation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

The prayer for grant of Vending licence to run the Bunk Shop, cannot be gone into by us, as it is a disputed question of fact. Therefore, we refrain from passing any positive order in this matter.

We merely direct the Respondent/Corporation to consider the Petitioner's representation dated 20.09.2019, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The Petitioner is directed to send a copy of the representation dated 20.09.2019 to the Respondent/Corporation, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
