O R D E R

The petitioner herein is before this Court seeking direction to the 2nd respondent-Police to consider his complaint sent through post and issue nontraceable certificate.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondents states that from the typed set of papers annexed to the petition, it appears that representation which was sent through the post to the Superintendent of Police, Ranipet on 01.11.2023 immediately thereafter this petition is filed even before the petition been filed on 18.10.2023, as if a representation was given on 16.10.2023.

3. If proper complaint along with document given, then it will be possible for the Police to make search with due diligence to trace the documents and if it is not available non-traceable certificate will be given.

4. The petitioner herein is directed to give a proper complaint to the 2nd respondent Police to call necessary documents to enable the Police to make all attempt to trace the document, if not non traceable certificate shall be given.

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 16.11.2023 Jeni Index : Yes / No Speaking order / Non-speaking order To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Ranipet District, Ranipet.
