This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 1253 days in representing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Though, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent vehemently objected to the condonation of delay, he submitted that, if the Court is inclined to condone the delay, the same may be ordered, subjects to payment of costs.

3. In view of the above, and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the Affidavit accompanying this Petition, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered, as prayed for, subject to payment of costs of a sum of Rs.2,500/- (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred only) to "Bala Gurukulam School, No.4, Thirumangalam Road, Villivakkam, Chennai 600 049", on or before 31.01.2020. Proof of payment of costs shall be filed into the Registry, on or before 03.02.2020.

4. If costs are paid and proof of the same is filed into the Registry, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal shall be numbered, provided it is otherwise in order and the Appeal shall be listed for admission in the second week of February 2020.
