Respondents Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to issue show cause to the respondents contemnors and call upon them to answer why they should not be proceeded with for having committed contempt of the orders of this Court dated 24.04.2023 passed in W.A.No.2329 of 2023 and punish them for the same.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.Rahul Balaji, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.S.Raman, learned senior counsel for the respondents/ contemnors.

2. The learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the

respondents/TANGEDCO, on instructions, submits that within three weeks from today, an order in compliance of the order passed by this Court on 24.04.2023 read with the order dated 27.09.2023 shall be issued to the members of the petitioner-association, subject to the decision of the Apex Court in the pending matter bearing Diary No.50558 of 2023.

3. The said statement is accepted as an undertaking. In view of that, the contempt petition is disposed of.
