The Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 25.07.2019 and change the patta in the name of the petitioner for the land in survey Nos.29/6, 34/1B, 34/2, 34/3, 35/2, 35/3, 35/4, & 34/1C2 situated in Poongunam Village, Vikravandi Taluk, Villupuram District.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the Writ Petition, the respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.07.2019, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter party if any, and after giving opportunity of hearing to both parties, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of the receipt of a copy of this Order. 4.
