ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to comply the direction as per the letter bearing No.Na.Ka.2250/2020/A4 dated 13.10.2020 issued by the first respondent. 1/4

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioners has preferred a representation to the first respondent, on 14.09.2020, seeking to cancel the patta issued in favour of the third parties namely Mr.Manirathnam, Murali and Jayaprakash. The first respondent sent a communication in letter No.Na.Ka.2250/2020/A4 dated 13.10.2020 to conduct enquiry which is pending without consideration. Hence, the petitioner confines prayer by seeking this Court for issuance of direction to the second respondent conclude the above proceedings and pass orders within a reasonable time as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the second respondent to conclude the proceedings in letter No.Na.Ka.2250/2020/A4 dated 13.10.2020 and pass appropriate order(s) on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the interested parties, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 2/4
