ORDER
(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) The ultimate prayer of the writ petitioner is to direct the respondents to remove the encroachment said to have been made by Premies Fabrications Private Ltd, who had encroached the common pathway by putting door. But the petitioner has not made the alleged encroacher as a respondent in the writ petition.
