ORDER

This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 05.01.2024 passed by this Court in W.P.No.12902 of 2022, thereby directing the second respondent to consider the case of the petitioner after obtaining relaxation from the Government of Tamilnadu and pass appropriate orders to promote the petitioner to the post of Junior Assistant, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the case of the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 30.10.2024, thereby rejecting the request made by the petitioner. He also produced a copy of the proceedings dated 30.10.2024 before this Court. 3.

Recording the above submissions, the Contempt Petition stands closed. If any there are grievances over the order passed by the respondents, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the same in the manner known to law, if so advised.
