O.A.No.1007 of 2019 in C.S.No.509 of 2019 O.A.No.1007 of 2019 in C.S.No.509 of 2019 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY, J By earlier order dated 11.11.2019, this Court granted an order of interim injunction which was extended from time to time. The learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents do not intend to alienate, lease or otherwise dispose of the suit schedule property. She further submits that this undertaking may be recorded and the order of injunction may be made absolute on that basis.

2. This Original Application is disposed of by recording the said undertaking and by making the order of injunction granted earlier as absolute.
