These petitions have been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 6(b) that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.185 of 2022 before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.O.P.No.24065 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022 and to grant extension of time in Crl.O.P.No.24065 of 2022 dated 14.10.2022.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) to the credit of Crime No.185 of 2022, on or before 19.12.2022.
