ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The writ of habeas corpus petition has been filed to direct the respondents to produce the detenue viz., Soundaranayagi, aged about 21 years, who is under illegal detention of the third respondent. The second respondent/Inspector of Police produced the detenue before this Court along with the third respondent. The detenue completed B.A. degree in English Literature and with consent married the third respondent at Tiruppur. She says that now she is leading matrimonial

life along with the third respondent at Tiruppur and the third respondent is working as Electrician.

In view of the fact that the detenue is not under illegal detention, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and consequently, the Habeas Corpus Petition stands disposed of. [S.M.S., J.] [M.J.R., J.] 04.11.2024 Index :
