Mr.D.Ravichandar, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2. With consent, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to pass appropriate orders on the Online Application for Sub Division Patta Transfer vide Can No.133320621996588 and Application No.2025/0105/32/426560 dated 08.07.2025 and to conduct comprehensive field survey measurement work with the aid and assistance of 2nd Respondent in respect of the properties bearing Patta No.165 situated at Survey Nos. 92/1 and 92/4 situated at Kurichikottai Village, Udumalaipettai Taluk, Tirupur District so as to enable the petitioner in fixing the boundary 2/6
line demarcation expeditiously within a stipulated timeframe.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of the aforesaid property. He submitted online application to survey the property on 08.07.2025 and he has also paid necessary fees along with the said application. However, the petitioner's application was not considered by the respondent till date, thus the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the respondents concerned would consider the petitioner's application and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the application of the petitioner dated 08.07.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter 3/6
fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any. The respondents are at liberty to seek police protection, if need arises. No costs.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
