The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that they shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, on every working days for a period of 30 days in Crl.O.P.No.21295 of 2024 by an order dated 13.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions for 14 days. 3.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioners had also complied with the condition only for 14 days and the investigation is still pending, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, on everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 20 days. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
