This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed under Order XXII Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, praying to record the death of sole Appellant and bring on record the Proposed Petitioners 1 & 2 herein (legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant) and rank them as Appellants 2 & 3 in S.A.No.1566 of 2008.

4. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and Proposed Petitioners 1 & 2 herein (legal representatives of the deceased sole Appellant) are brought on record as Appellants 2 & 3 in S.A.No.1566 of 2008.
