This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26065 of 2022 dated 27.10.2022 to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Vedasandur and report before the Inspector of Police, Vesasandur Police Station, Dindigul District, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Ambattur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
