The petition has been filed to relax the the condition that 6 (b) the petitioner shall report before respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.O.P.No.20252 of 2024 dated 21.08.2024 on the file of this Court.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the fact that the investigation was completed and the petitioner had complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto. Accordingly, ordered.
