ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside the fair order and decretal order dated 30.11.2016 passed in EA.No.34 of 2012 in EP.No.443 of 2011 against RCOP.No.988 of 2010 on the file of the XVI Small Causes Court at Chennai.

It is seen that the sole petitioner died long back. Even then, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner did not take any steps to implead themselves as party to the proceedings. The learned counsel for the petitioner also submitted that they are not able to contact any legal heir so far. 3.

Therefore, this civil revision petition is dismissed as abated. However, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner are at liberty to revive the civil revision petition by filing a petition to implead themselves as legal heirs of the deceased petitioner. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
