The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners that they shall report before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Salem, on every working day, for a period of 30 days in Crl.O.P.No.22021 of 2024 by an order dated 18.09.2024.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the representation made by both side counsels and the petitioners had also complied with the condition without fail, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners to the effect that they shall report before the respondent Police, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of 20 days. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
