Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records of the second respondent with reference to Detention Order No.C2/60/2022 dated 28.10.2022, setting aside the order of detention passed therein and directing the respondent to produce the detenu by name Vinothkumar, son of Rajendran, aged about 29 years before this Court, now detained in Central Jail at Cuddalore and set him at liberty.

dated 07.12.2022 bearing reference G.O.Rt.No.8180, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIV) Department.
3. In the light of the undisputed position, common submission is made that nothing survives in the captioned habeas corpus petition.
