This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to register the complaint dated 30.10.2017 of the petitioner.

The petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to register his complaint dated 30.10.2017. Now, almost two years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now. However, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh complaint, on fresh cause of action to the second respondent, if so advised.
