The civil revision petition has been filed to direct the II Additional Family Court to dispose of the O.P.No.3579 of 2015 within a stipulated time.

2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner brought to the notice

of this Court that the respondent side evidence was closed.

3. That being the case, the Family Court shall make all endeavour to ensure that the main case is disposed of as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. Accordingly, this civil revision petition is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
