ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, Dr. T. Seenivasan, representing the respondents 1 to 4 stated that a sum of Rs.86,994/-, being
amounts payable to the writ petitioner, has been paid by way of a cheque.
2. The cheque has been drawn at Indian Bank, Arakonam in Cheque No.554666 dated 22.09.2025. He has also produced a receipt issued by the petitioner to that effect.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that in so far as the interest that was claimed in the writ petition, he is giving up the claim. Hence, nothing further required to be adjudicated in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
