The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, the second respondent-workman was reinstated into service and the second respondent-workman is working with the writ petitioner-Management now.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
