PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representations dated 23.08.2023 and 05.03.2025 made by the petitioner for paying a sum of Rs.1,40,000 /- with interest as per the offer letter dated 02.08.2023 given by the 2nd respondent and to dispose the same within a time frame. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondent bank to settle the loan account in the manner as allegedly agreed between the parties.

3. After going through the contents of the petition, we find that there appears to be an existing dispute between the petitioner

and the respondent bank with regard to the satisfaction of the petitioner's liabilities towards payment of loan borrowed from the bank.

4. If the petitioner is not satisfied with the action of the respondent bank, his remedy lies before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.

5. With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
