This petition has been filed to call for the records in C.C.No.275 of 2017 on the file of District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Mettupalayam, Coimbatore District and quash the same.

2. It is also seen that in this matter, in C.C.No.275/2017, the trial has already been commenced and on prosecution side, PW1 was examined and the case has been posted for further evidence of prosecution. After commencement of trial, this Court is not inclined to quash the proceedings. However, considering the above, the Trial Court is directed to complete the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
